We have launched our most exciting project EVER within Dance Principals United Tribe. This is an honest GAME CHANGER for the Dance Studio Industry!! We knew that this project would have a lot of interest...but we were blown away with the amount of studios that signed up for it and are ready to grow their studios over the next 12 months!!

Hi, friends, happy Monday. So excited to be here with you. Hi, beautiful Bec. Hi, I am so pumped to be here today and talking to everyone. I've had an awesome week. How are you going? Amanda? I have had an awesome week too. And I'm so excited for next week, we've got something super special coming up. And we haven't told anyone on the podcast about it yet. So we thought we better jump on and do that. We've been talking to our members in tribe. But we haven't actually announced to the greater world about our new program. Do you want to announce it Bec? I'd love to. So we have a higher end group now called studio growth club. And I think it is such a game changer in our space. We are absolutely obsessed with our new programs studio growth club. We launched it maybe two months ago back.

And we were overwhelmed by applications like absolutely overwhelmed. We ended up I think with just under 70 applications, which was incredible. And we were so so excited for all of these people that were ready to have this incredible growth in their studio. But we formally kick off the program next, this Friday, actually, this Friday, at an in person days. So we wanted to tell you guys a little bit more about studio growth club. And our plans for it was so excited to get stuck in without foundational members this Friday, right?

Yeah, we are so excited. And I think studio growth club grew from us talking to our tribe members, and pretty much working out what they needed out of something like this. And you know, the biggest thing that I think people need is time as a co owner, Amanda, like we are just consistently so busy, it's such a high service type of business, and you're just constantly, you know, talking to those parents getting those students doing things like it's crazy. And so that's why we really created a platform where the studio owners can get some of their time back.

Yeah, for sure. We know, we hear all the time how overwhelmed studio owners are, they know that to grow their studio, they need that consistency, and they need to really be working ongoing on their marketing, their operations, their team, you know, trying to grow that revenue. But sometimes it just comes down to time, right? We just don't have the time to do all of those things. And, you know, we see that there's like a lot of quick fix programs out there. But you know, basically, it's consistency is key, right?

Totally, I totally agree with you. And so our studio growth club members month by month are going to have something that they're focused on, and then they're gonna get all the things and when we say all the things, we literally mean all the things so Canva templates, their staff scripts, their systems, their Facebook ad copy that everything right. And so it's like the best bits of a franchise without the worst bits of a franchise.

Rebecca Liu-Brennan
Yeah, for sure. And that's what we love. Because we know that, you know, as studio owners, we need that like ongoing support, you know, there's those great franchises where they give you all the marketing, but for us as creatives, it limits our creativity, which is what we all are as dance teachers. And so it's like the best bits without that limitations on it. So we're so pumped to be able to do this and give everyone like all of these amazing done for you systems that they're going to get every single month inside of the program.

Yeah, exactly. And so next month is when we kick it all off for October and it's reenrollment making sure that all of those students that you currently have are going to come back next year and Amanda and I talk about this a lot that we can't believe it's to your owners still wait until January to find that out. That is like crazy to me, like I'd be at a ball of the floor just rocking back and forth as I used to be when I used to do that, Amanda Yeah, and now like we know now that you know you should be starting that re enrollment process in October you should be doing all your timetables so as you do growth club are getting timetable templates, they're getting Canva templates for that what else they're getting,

getting priceless, all their like, you know, reenrollment emails to send, how to run a re enrollment day, their staff training around that. They're getting so many things even like their handbooks, their terms and conditions, all of that kind of stuff. They're getting all of that given to them every month to be able to use as they wish, on top of some really great and really intense monthly coaching. Both group coaching and one on one.

Yeah, and their systems as well. Right. So now it's gonna give them systems so that they can actually track what's happening, who's re-enrolling All the things so, yeah, it's so that is so so excited. Isn't it?

It's super, super pumped for it. So we've started our community where I'm kicking off with 32 Studios in studio growth Club, which we're so pumped to have started, we've had a couple of like, welcome drinks and things like that. And the community that we're fostering, oh my god, it's incredible. The magic in there is incredible, right? We're already having such higher end conversations, everyone helping each other, I just love the support.

Yeah, the support is definitely next level. And it's what we're all about. And I can't wait for this Friday, yeah. Where we are actually going to be meeting with everyone, for the first time and doing a Planning Day. We've then got in June, July, our bougie retreat coming up, which we're so pumped about. And you and I both know that when you go to retreats, or when you go to workshops, or anything like that, you just get so much out of it, because the noise is not there,

for sure. The magic is in the in person events. And you know, just coming together with people that get it. And yeah, getting rid of that noise, being able to be 100% focused on what you're doing and growing your business. That's where you can create so much magic. And we can't wait to like treat our studio owners to a little bit of time to themselves as well as working really hard on their business. But coming together with people that just get them and are having a great time working on their business, but having fun at the same time, right? Because we're all about the fun.

And you know that you and I met at a retreat created this amazing friendship and now our business partners. And that's the other thing that I love about retreats is that you actually get to know other people who totally get your world and understand you, and you know, are in the same place as you are. And those conversations that you have at those retreats are just next level, they're amazing. They can

be life changing, right, and they've changed our life. So we're so excited to be able to bring that to our studio growth club members as well, which is going to be so, so exciting. And it's going to be such an incredible group. So we're so so pumped for our future, you know, and all this incredible stuff. We've got an amazing mindset coach, we haven't talked about the mindset coach Bec, we have an incredible mindset coach, we're not going to share who it is right yet, because we want to surprise our members with them on Friday, and they're actually coming on Friday, which is going to be so so excited because they're going to be surprised in person. And we're going to have a mindset coach working with our members every single month because we know that you don't mindset is 90% of it. Right?

It totally is. It's such an important part. And the other thing that we've got is a separate accountability inbox with every single member. And I think that's the other part of it is that we just get so busy, that we aren't kept accountable. And we're really big on that just checking in with our members and saying, Hey, you're doing the things, how are the things going? And you know, they have a call every single week with us as well. So, you know, it's that whole thing. Amanda, are you going to work in your business or on your business? This is just allowing our members to actually work on their businesses, and have so much support around them. Yeah,

it's gonna be incredible. I haven't told you Bec. I just did one of our one on one calls with one of our new members, Trudy, and oh, my gosh, Trudy is so pumped and so excited you love true. Love her. I love her energy. And she's so excited. You know, she only has a small studio at the moment. But she's so excited to grow. And she knows that by investing in herself and these kind of programs, she'll be able to grow to that next level. You know, she has the aim to get to 200 students by the end of next year, which I know she's going to absolutely Smash, because she's so taking everything on board. You know, she's so coachable. She's so excited, and she's hungry to grow.

Yeah, and that's the thing the people who actually do the things that people because we know these things work because they've worked for us. And so like we know that they can be successful, but people like her who have that positive attitude that Yep, I'm doing everything I'm so on top of this. She is just next level. I love her energy. Like she's just so so fun. We should bring her onto the podcast at one stage because she is for the Lariat. She

said she wants to be a pinup girl and be on the podcast at some point. And she is so excited to meet all the other studio owners as well and learn from other studio owners that are doing different things. Because we can all inspire each other together, which is so incredible, and that's why we hand picked this group of studio owners because they all bring different things to the table. And it's going to be just incredible.

Yeah, I agree. Like there's so many different types of studio owners in there. But the studio owners we do have our action takers and you know guys that is the number one most important thing on how to be successful in anything you do is to take that action and then be consistent. And that's that's really what studio growth club is all about. For sure.

I love that you said that about action takers because you know it can be hard we get stuck in the weeds of our business and especially in a dance studio, especially Really, when there's always that costume to be picked, or sometimes it's just easier to focus on the song that you've got to, you know, choreograph for your grade three ballet or whatever that is for you. You know, sometimes it's just easier to do the things that we know really well, rather than pushing ourselves a little bit. And, you know, moving out of our comfort box, and I love that we're going to help hold our members accountable, because we know that's where they're going to have the most amount of growth.

Totally agree. It's it's interesting, isn't it? Like we all do, it will all go to that go to thing that helps us to feel comfortable. And we know it's, you know, we feel busy because we're doing all the things. But when you actually change the way that you're doing things and actually look at the growth of your business, you know, you're going to affect more lives anyway, then and you know that you're going to affect them in a positive way. So yeah, it's it's definitely something to self reflect on. I think, Amanda, yes. I love that. We all need to do that sometimes. Right? Totally free. Totally awesome. So
